Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for quantity taking off from sketch, concept design, tender drawings and cross-check the tender quantities.
- Work closely with design team, calculate Bill of Quantity, Cost Estimation of projects.
- Control works quality and time schedule within group.
- Prepare and submit tender documents.
- Collect and formulate cost Database ... and others related to professional job.
- Liaise with Suppliers, Subcontractors to collect the cost proposal and make cost comparison sheet.
- Study and make Value Engineering and Cost Down Report.
- Ensure all information and documentations of the contractual and commercial work are achieved and stored systematically and properly that are accessible easily by all people.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Accept to work on construction site if needed.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Vietnamese; Age: under 40 years old.
- Graduated from Civil Engineering University or relevant Universities specialized in Electrical or
Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years experienced in the same position.
- Strong knowledge in structural works, having a thorough understanding of Standard Code
- Having experiences in the factory construction site are compulsory; if have experience in high rise, local Main Contractor are priority.
- Having experience in preparing tender documents.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent negotiation skills and good communication skills.
- Proactive, honest, self-motivated, disciplines, optimistic, performance driven and able to work in a team.
- High sense of responsibility, willing to work overtime and ability to work under high pressure.
- Having ability to manage time and fulfill the assigned works exactly to meet the required deadline strictly.

- Gross Salary: 1000$ - 1500$
- Social insurance full salary + health care insurance package PTI. - Bonus: 2 - 3 months salary/year depending on capacity.
