01 KỸ SƯ XÂY DỰNG CÔNG TÁC QC KIÊM  GIÁM SÁT

• We need a construction site supervisor who can speak either Chinese or English.  who has civil engineer background 
• at least 5 years experience. 
• Ensure accurate setting out and levelling of the works in accordance with the drawings/ specifications.
• Ensure all drawings and information relating to the post holder’s area of work are accurate and up-to-date.
• Review Architect/Construction/MEP/Sub-Contractor drawings to ensure co-ordination and integration.
• Ensure quality control and testing of work and materials is carried out in accordance with the specification requirements.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with the Construction Schedule.
  • Carry out check on works prior to and following any lateral works.
  • Fulfil the role of Temporary Works Co-Ordinator when required.
  • Acting as the main technical advisor, direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors when required, resolving any technical issues that may arise.
  • Liaising with related parties as appropriate to ensure compliance with local construction regulations.
  • Delivering tool box talks on site.
  • Fulfil the role of mentor as and when required.
  • Control and monitor site waste in accordance with the Company’s Site Waste Minimization and Management policy.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of own activity related to projects on writing to enable traceability.
  • Establish, maintain and build good relations with clients as well as their representatives and ensure other QA/QC Project Team and sub-contractors do likewise.
  • Fulfil health, safety and welfare responsibilities as detailed in the Company’s.
  • Undertake all relevant training and development activities as required.
  • Maintain quality and environmental control procedures in accordance with ISO 9001and ISO 14001.
  • Continually develop knowledge of innovative construction techniques and products to enhance the business and fulfil company RD requirements. 
  • Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.
• Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.
• Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
• Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials.
• Supervise effective implementation of all test and inspection schedule and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.

Seeking instructions from the client in relation to the contract.
Issuing instructions such as variations, or relating to prime cost sums or making gooddefects.

Chairing construction progress meetings.
Preparing and issuing construction progress reports.
Co-ordinating and instructing site inspectors.
Agreeing commissioning and testing procedures.
Agreeing defects reporting procedures.
Ensuring that project documentation is issued to the client.
Issuing certificates of practical completion and interim certificates.
Collating and issuing schedules of defects.
Issuing the certificate of making good defects.
Issuing the final certificate.

Construction background and experience is must
